The Russian Cheese company (Kuibyshevsky district) summed up the results of six months of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". On the pilot stream of raw MILK collection, workers reduced the time of the process by 29%, output per employee increased by 23%. The planned annual economic effect amounted to 42 million rubles. This is one of the highest rates among the projects of the Regional Competence Center (RCC), which implements the activities of the national project at the enterprises of the Kaluga region.

Within six months, the RCC specialists, together with the employees of the working group, analyzed the production process, during which 31 problems were identified and 56 measures were taken to eliminate them. In particular, a project was launched to organize a warehouse for spare parts, the delivery of personnel to the enterprise was organized, and a loader machine was purchased to solve the problem of a shortage of raw materials. Daily monitoring of the main indicators of milking of animals is carried out, a program of work with proposals for improvement has been introduced.

The company's specialists were trained at the Process Factory. The team became one of the leaders among the participants of the national project. The company also became the winner of the Best Mentoring Practices in the Kaluga Region contest, taking 2nd place in the Mentoring in the field of labor productivity improvement nomination.

“Russian Cheese has a very good result, largely due to the fact that investors and managers were involved in the improvement process. Farmers through the implementation of such projects have the opportunity to extract even greater profits. We will replicate this approach to other enterprises, - commented the Minister of Agriculture of the Kaluga Region Leonid Sergeevich Gromov.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 dated May 7, 2019, the goal of the national project is to ensure by 2024 the growth rate of labor productivity at medium and large enterprises in the basic non-primary sectors of the economy is not less than 5% per year (an increase in labor productivity by 2024 is more than 20 %).

The Kaluga Region joined the national project "Labor Productivity" in 2018. Today, 68 agreements on cooperation with enterprises of the region have already been signed with the Ministry of Economic Development.
Large and medium-sized companies of the Kaluga region, whose main activities are manufacturing, agriculture, transport, trade and construction, can become participants in the national project "Labor Productivity".
