The agro-industrial complex "Rota-Agro" launched a premium cheese production plant with a capacity of about 12 tons per day and up to 5 thousand tons per year in the Leninsky urban district. On October 24, the Main State Construction Supervision Authority of the Moscow Region issued a permit for commissioning the facility.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region reports that the plant, with a total area of ​​more than 6 thousand square meters, will become the anchor enterprise of the Gorki-1 industrial park. it includes a MILK acceptance and pasteurization workshop with a production capacity of 120 tons per day, a workshop for the production of soft young cheeses with noble mold, semi-hard and hard cheese varieties, climatic ripening chambers and spacious cheese storage facilities. The
investment volume amounted to more than 1.5 billion rubles. The project created 200 jobs. The company owns cheese-making technologies that allow making soft and semi-hard, as well as hard and extra-hard varieties with a ripening period of up to 3 years. All cheeses are made from our own milk and have received various awards.
