
The Zelenogradskoye enterprise of the Pushkin city district of the Moscow region produced about 11.5 thousand tons of milk in 11 months of 2021. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region Sergei Voskresensky.
“Gross milk production at the Zelenogradskoye cattle breeding plant for 11 months of this year amounted to about 11.5 thousand tons. This is 60 tons more than in the same period last year. The number of Holstein cattle at the enterprise also increased this year and amounted to 3,152 heads, of which 1,324 are cows,” Sergei Voskresensky said.
JSC "Zelenogradskoye" is a high-tech closed-cycle agricultural enterprise. About 10 robotic milking systems are installed at the complex. The company also has its own dairy shop with a processing capacity of 20 tons of milk per day.
“Milk processing at the enterprise starts from its own production of containers to ready-to-ship products such as milk , kefir, fermented baked milk, curdled milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, soft cheese and butter. The production of own products since the beginning of the year amounted to about 6.5 thousand tons,” Sergey Voskresensky noted.
This year, Zelenogradskoye JSC became the winner in the Best Product and Best Enterprise of the Year competitions at the 28th Prodexpo International Exhibition of Food, Drinks and Raw Materials for Their Production.
Earlier, Sergei Voskresensky reported that this year the Zelenogradskoye agricultural enterprise was the first in the Moscow region to export pedigree cattle to Kazakhstan in the amount of 133 heads.
