In the urban district of Orekhovo-Zuevo, a large enterprise is modernizing its facilities.
“The Elinar-Broiler poultry farm continues to modernize the capacity of breeding reproducers. So this year in the Naro-Fominsk District they plan to build two new buildings for 21.6 thousand heads of replacement young stock of the parent herd. The volume of investments in this stage of the project, for the construction of a second-order loudspeaker, will exceed 220 million rubles,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who supervises the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The second-order reproducer is the production of hatching eggs of the final hybrid of broiler chickens and one of the leading breeding reproducers in RUSSIA.
29 poultry houses have already been reconstructed, new modern technological equipment has been installed, utility networks and communications have been replaced, and gasification of production facilities has been carried out.
“The number of breeding stock in the second-order reproducer will exceed 300 thousand heads, which will ensure the production of 42 million hatching eggs per year. This will allow the poultry farm not only to refuse to import this raw material, but also to offer it to the market. The project makes a great contribution to reducing import dependence and increasing the level of biological and food security of the Moscow region,” added the Deputy Chairman.
The already modernized facilities show results that correspond to the best global practices. In particular, the figure of 150 day-old broiler chicks per initial laying hen has been achieved.
At the initial stage of implementation, the project has already provided more than 100 additional new jobs for residents of the Bogorodsky and Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban districts of the Moscow Region.
As part of the program to compensate for part of the direct costs incurred on investment prices , the enterprise received subsidies from the regional and federal budgets.
