Support for Kuban crop growers in 2022 will amount to 4.3 billion rubles

The funds will be directed to the laying of orchards and vineyards, the production and sale of grain crops, and the strengthening of the reclamation complex.
Financing the industry was discussed at a pre-sowing meeting, which was held by Governor Veniamin Kondratyev.
“In total, more than 9.6 billion rubles have been allocated to support the agro-industrial complex. The plant growing industry will receive 4.3 billion rubles. The amount is not small, and if there is an opportunity, we will increase it even more. But the question is how to provide subsidies. It is important that the funds are distributed transparently so that none of the farmers have any questions. For us, both a farmer and a large producer are equally valuable,” Veniamin Kondratiev emphasized.
Vice Governor Andrei Korobka spoke in detail about the support for crop production.
“We will allocate almost a billion rubles for planting orchards, about 730 million for vineyards. More than 727 million are pledged for the production and sale of grain crops. Funding for the strengthening of the reclamation complex has been increased by more than 3 times compared to last year - the amount will be 447.5 million rubles,” Andrey Korobka said.
The budget allocated 339 million rubles for the production of vegetable crops, 531.4 million for agricultural insurance, and 512 million for concessional lending. The money will also go to seed production, anti-hail measures, agrochemical land surveys, and investment loans in the agro-industrial complex.
