According to the results of the first week of the agricultural micro-census in the Moscow region, more than 180 thousand households were surveyed

During the first week of the agricultural micro-census, according to the Mosstat in the Moscow Region, census takers visited more than 180,000 households in rural areas.

“During the first seven days of the agricultural micro-census - a statistical survey of the agrarian complex of the Moscow region, 183 thousand objects from among personal subsidiary plots, farms and individual entrepreneurs were surveyed. This is a quarter of the total number of respondents,” said Sergei Voskresensky, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region.

Earlier, the minister informed that as part of the 2021 census, there are about 755 thousand objects in the Moscow region. Of these, 733 thousand are personal subsidiary farms, 15.7 thousand are non-profit partnerships, 2.6 thousand are farms, and 3.6 thousand are individual entrepreneurs - agricultural organizations.

“The owners of the farms of Ramensky, Dmitrovsky urban districts, Solnechnogorsk and Stupino became the most active. The census takers note the benevolence of the inhabitants of the Moscow region, the share of refusals is less than 2%,” Sergei Voskresensky added.

The census sites are located on the territory of each city district. The largest number of points is located in ten urban districts: Ramensky, Dmitrovsky, Mozhaysky, Istra, Solnechnogorsk, Ruzsky, Klin, Chekhov, Orekhovo-Zuevo and Stupino.

The agricultural micro-census started on August 1, 2021. About 2 thousand field personnel were involved in the survey: more than 1.7 thousand census takers and 275 instructors.
