After it was discovered that the Kyrgyz market has a large share of substandard apricot, future entrepreneurs realized that there is a good business idea - to fill this niche with quality products. This is how the DanEco apricot processing plant was formed.
The main line of production is the production of fruit syrup. By the time of filming, the company had already developed about 30 different recipes and experimentally selected one, but the best recipe.
The business model of the company is organized according to the B2B principle, i.e. the DanEco factory supplies syrups to various enterprises that produce a finished product from it: it can be juices, compotes, sparkling waters, etc.
To make the production completely waste-free and more profitable, the company has developed a formulation of oil for external use for cosmetic purposes, which is prepared from the remaining apricot kernels. This oil can be bought in pharmacies and some stores in Kyrgyzstan, incl. and in Bishkek. But the development plans do not end there, the issue of supplying products to RUSSIA and other countries of the former USSR is being actively worked out.
All production fits in two containers, which are modular in design. This is due to the fact that production is mobile and, if necessary, can be moved as soon as possible.
Initially, for the needs of production, an industrial autoclave was purchased, in which the cooling system was finalized by integrating an additional external tank using communicating vessels. This improvement was necessary to improve the technological process and produce a clear syrup.
Also refinement and improvement touched the filling machine, which is so necessary in production. Also in the shop there is a distilling machine assembled by masters from the Urals, it is with its help that concentrates are produced.
One of the difficult issues in agriculture not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also in the countries of the former USSR is the fear of the new. As a rule, most farmers are conservative people and are not always psychologically ready to introduce scientific developments into their technological process. And one of the ways to solve this issue, according to the owners of the plant, is a phased systematic work with all participants in the technological process. In addition, it is important to convey to everyone that agriculture is not an additional income, but a real business, which, with the right modern approach, can bring good profit.
