The Department of State Veterinary Supervision in the Republic of Mordovia summed up the results of work for January 2023

In January 2023, the Department of State Veterinary Supervision in the Republic of Mordovia of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region carried out 53 control (surveillance) activities (1 unscheduled on-site inspection, 52 monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements) and 11 preventive activities (5 consultations, 6 informing) in relation to economic entities of various forms of ownership engaged in the cultivation, slaughter, processing, storage, transportation of raw materials and the sale of products of animal origin.

Since the beginning of the year, economic entities have been issued 46 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation.
Of the total number of control (supervisory) and other measures in relation to legal entities, 47 measures were taken, in relation to individual entrepreneurs - 6.
In the course of the control (supervisory) measures carried out, 48 violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of veterinary medicine and technical regulations of the Customs Union were revealed, 1 order to eliminate the identified violations. 8 administrative protocols were drawn up, including: 4 protocols in respect of legal entities, 4 in respect of officials.

In January 2023, 3 resolutions were issued in relation to economic entities, including: 1 resolution in relation to a legal entity, 1 in relation to an official, 1 in relation to an individual entrepreneur. Fines were imposed for a total of 135 thousand rubles, while 138 thousand rubles were recovered (taking into account previous periods).

The results of the activities of the specialists of the department are regularly covered in the media and on the website of the Office. In January, 1 speech was aired on television, 2 on radio, 4 articles were published in print media. There are 14 press releases posted on the Office's website.
