Chickens and FLOUR - to Buryatia, and to the Urals - sweets with pine nuts and eco-canned MEAT. At the same time, Inna Podshivalova, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region, and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Buryatia, Minister of Agriculture and Food Galsan Dareev, agreed on how to reduce logistics costs. Together with them, the prospects for the development of cooperation within the framework of the agreement signed this year on the Eastern Economic Form between the two constituent entities of the Russian Federation were studied by farmers and processors - manufacturers in Buryatia and the Chelyabinsk region.
- We signed an agreement on the sidelines of the economic forum to expand cooperation, and today we are ready to speak in more detail in which sectors we would like to establish cooperation. Our meeting is attended by agricultural producers, processors and representatives of trade organizations, - said Galsan Dareev.
According to him, the products of the Chelyabinsk companies "Makfa", "Uvelka", "Sigma", "Soyuzpishcheprom" are widely represented in Buryatia. Basically, deliveries of production are carried out through distributors. The Absolut trade group is actively working in the region, which, in addition to supplying products from the Southern Urals, is ready to promote food products under its own brand. Trading house "Baris" is interested in the supply of cereals and SUGAR. In addition, residents of the Republic are interested in new types of products.
Buryatia is ready to buy poultry meat in the Chelyabinsk region, including the halal category, raw fat for the production of canned food up to 150 tons per month, pork, bacon, flour. In turn, Buryat agrarians are ready to offer Chelyabinsk residents fodder grain, chocolates from the famous Amta confectionery factory with pine nuts, sea buckthorn, canned pasture-raised meat from the well-known Buryatmyasprom company.
In addition to trade exchange, the parties also discussed the possibilities of developing cooperation in the field of agriculture. So, today the Chelyabinsk region is ready to supply not only poultry meat, but also breeding hatching eggs for broiler poultry farms. An investment project for the production of eggs of the final hybrid (broiler) of a new domestic meat cross (pedigree line) Smena-9 is being implemented today at the Chelyabinsky Breeding Poultry Breeding Farm. There is also an enterprise in the Chelyabinsk region that produces duck meat, including in the halal category. Also, the South Urals invited Buryat livestock breeders to visit breeding farms where breeding cattle of the Hereford and Simmental breeds are bred, which gained fame throughout RUSSIA as the Ural type of breeding cattle of specialized meat breeds - European "heavyweights", adapted to the Ural climate. In Buryatia today the main breed is the Kazakh white-headed.
Representatives of Buryatia, in turn, proposed to evaluate the possibility of implementing joint projects in the poultry industry. Thus, the Republic is part of the Far Eastern Federal District, which made it possible to introduce unprecedented preferences for investors that are not available in other regions of Russia, said acting. Minister of Industry, Trade and Investments of the Republic of Buryatia Alexey Olovyannikov. The priority development area, which includes the village of Selenginsk, Naushki, the city of Gusinoozyorsk and the capital of the Republic, Ulan-Ude, provides tax incentives for five and ten years, and in fact there are ready-made projects, for example, for the construction of poultry farms, which are waiting for investors. There is also a need to build a modern logistics complex.
As a result of the videoconference, it is planned to create a Bank of Proposals for further detailed study of cooperation, as well as the development of proposals to the heads of subjects on the need to subsidize transportation to increase trade turnover. So, today federal support is provided for exporters of agricultural products. In turn, the compensation of part of the companies' expenses for transportation within Russia over long distances will also help increase trade and lead to the expansion of production.
