Qualified specialists with deep knowledge and practical skills are the driving force behind the development of the agro-industrial complex. The professional excellence of workers directly impacts the efficiency of the livestock industry. I am confident that the competition winners will set an example for young specialists and raise the bar for professionalism in the industry even higher. It requires patience, hard work, and a love for your work, but in return, it gives you unforgettable moments of contact with nature, the opportunity to constantly develop, and, of course, satisfaction. Professional excellence in our field is a lifelong journey, and I'm glad to be on it," noted Olga Shcherbinina.
