On some results of the activities of the laboratory of epizootology and monitoring of the FGBI "ARRIAH"

In October 2021, in the laboratory of epizootology and monitoring of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “ARRIAH” subordinate to the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR, 1028 serological examinations were carried out to detect specific antibodies to pathogens of 7 actual infectious diseases of chickens (infectious bursal disease, infectious bronchitis, infectious encephalomyelitis, respiratory mycoplasmosis, infectious synovitis, metapneumovirus infection , infectious laryngotracheitis). Serum samples came from poultry farms of the Russian Federation (Vladimir, Kirov, Yaroslavl, Leningrad and Ivanovo regions, the Republic of Tatarstan). Most of the research was aimed at assessing the intensity of post-vaccination immunity in vaccinated birds in poultry farms. Based on the results of the research, 621 positive samples were identified, which accounted for 60.41% of the research volume, the interpretation of the results of analyzes was carried out taking into account the schemes of specific immunoprophylaxis at industrial enterprises, scientific and consulting assistance was provided to veterinary specialists. The detection of specific antibodies in most cases is associated with routine vaccination at industrial enterprises of a closed type, according to the results of the research, an assessment of the intensity of immunity was carried out.
