PIONERPRODUKT.by continues its super-series on identifying the most delicious lamb in Kazakhstan, which was conducted jointly with sheep breeders and specialists from Alakol-Agro LLC.
This is the third part of the video, in which we will, for the first time (at least, I am not aware of any other similar cases), slaughter, weigh, cut up, and debone the carcasses of ten breeds and crosses of 3-3.5-month-old rams.
