A new type of state support will allow farmers in Transbaikalia to register unclaimed farmland

Starting from 2022, local authorities of the Trans-Baikal Territory will begin to reimburse the costs of performing cadastral work and preparing land surveying projects on agricultural land. This was announced by the HEAD of the regional agrarian department Denis Bochkarev.

“From 2022, a new direction of state support will appear - reimbursement of costs for the preparation of projects for surveying land plots and for carrying out cadastral work. This will allow to start the process of registering unclaimed share shares in municipal property for their subsequent transfer to agricultural producers. The volume of budgetary funds provided in Transbaikalia for the implementation of this program next year will amount to 23.8 million rubles,” the minister said.

The main goal of the state program is the involvement of unused lands in the circulation and the preservation of reclaimed soils in agricultural circulation.
