Projects for processing agricultural products were discussed in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The HEAD of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, inspected the modernization of the production facilities of Berezovskoye JSC in the Kuraginsky district of the region.
The company built a livestock complex for MILK production for 2,300 forage cows. This is the company’s third project in the region; two more similar complexes are already operating in the Shushensky and Krasnoturansky districts. The complex includes three buildings for forage cows, a maternity ward, a milking block with a “carousel”, warm winter blocks for calves, and hay storage.
Currently, commissioning work and landscaping of the territory are underway. The complex will be put into operation in the next month. The total cost of the project will be about 2.8 billion rubles. The company actively uses federal and regional support measures, including preferential lending and subsidies to compensate for part of construction costs.
The creation of a new complex in the Kuraginsky district will save 393 jobs and at the same time increase milk production by 30-40 tons per day. “The next stage for us will be solving the problem of subsequent processing and marketing of products. We already need milk processing capacity today,” Valery Levitsky, general DIRECTOR , told the head of the region."Agrosibkom-Invest" company.
Mikhail Kotyukov discussed issues of integrated development of the agro-industrial complex in the south of the region with farmers from the southern group of districts. According to the head of the region, today the south of the region is experiencing a serious agricultural boom - many projects are being implemented, various complexes are being built. it is important that the processing of products is also carried out in the southern territories of the region.
“We are located in Siberia - the main sales markets are remote from us, so we need to create products that can be transported as far as possible. We discussed these tasks with investors at the Minusinsk Economic Forum and continued to discuss them today with farmers. I have no doubt that we will find optimal solutions so that the long-term agricultural development program can be sustainably implemented in the south of our region,” the head of the region emphasized.
Let us add that by the end of the year, agricultural organizations of the region will receive 400 million rubles from the regional budget for the maintenance of dairy cattle , of which 19 million rubles are provided for agricultural cooperatives.
Enterprises and farms will receive subsidies based on the size of their dairy herd. Additional funds have been allocated to support the region's dairy industry in the current economic conditions.
Since the beginning of the year, regional farms have received more than a billion rubles from the federal and regional budgets for the maintenance of cows and milk production.
