
At a meeting of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, amendments were adopted to the state program of the region "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets." Financing of the program in 2022 will amount to 8.4 billion rubles.
“About 5.4 billion rubles are provided to support agricultural production, which corresponds to the level of 2021. The federal budget funds will be specified after the adoption of the financial plan for 2022-2024. Co-financing from the regional budget will be provided within the limit of the state program,” said Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government, Minister of Agriculture and Trade Leonid Shorokhov.
The funds will be used to implement ten subprograms. Five of them operate with co-financing from the federal budget. In particular, directions for the development of branches of the agro-industrial complex, small forms of management and agricultural cooperation, stimulation of investment activity, integrated development of rural areas and ensuring the general conditions for the functioning of the branches of the agro-industrial complex.
Five more subprograms are being implemented at the expense of the regional budget: “Technical and technological modernization”, “Personnel support for the agro-industrial complex of the region”, “Support for horticulture and horticulture”, “Development of agricultural land reclamation”, “Ensuring the implementation of the state program and other activities”.
The state program also provides funds for the implementation of two regional projects within the framework of the national projects "Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives" and "International cooperation and exports."
