Veniamin Kondratiev spoke about the implementation of the investment project. In 2018, the governor visited the farm during a working visit to the municipality.
“Already then it was one of the most modern dairy farms in the region, aimed at expanding production. In 2020, they began to build a complex for three thousand heads. It will contribute to the implementation of the strategic task - to increase MILK production in the region by 2030 to more than two million tons per year,” said Veniamin Kondratiev.
The Governor stressed that dairy farming is a priority for the region. For its development in 2022, the Kuban allocated 2.1 billion rubles. The funds will be directed to subsidies for each liter of milk sold, the purchase of breeding young animals, and the maintenance of the breeding stock.
The first stage of the mega-farm is already ready. The farm acquired more than a thousand heifers. Now the construction of the second stage is being completed. Here they use advanced technologies for keeping animals and milk production. 175 new jobs will be created. The cost of the project will be 2.7 billion rubles.
In addition, this year in the Krasnodar Territory it is planned to open dairy complexes in the Pavlovsk region for 600 heads and in Tbilisi for 640.
