The best plowmen were chosen at the Day of the Field in the Chelyabinsk region

The regional competition of tractor drivers, which took place on the second day of the Field Day - 2021, determined the best in the profession among three dozen participants. The machine operators also showed their skills in the out-of-competition Tractor Show program. Now the Chelyabinsk region is preparing to take part in the all-Russian championship of plowmen, which will be held in September in the Crimea.

As First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexander Zavalishchin noted, the competition helps to cultivate the profession, attract young people, and ultimately contributes to the further development of the industry:
- The machine operator is one of the main professions in agricultural production. The best machine operators from different regions of the region participate in the competition, they show their highest abilities in working on arable land, in driving a tractor. These people have serious production figures behind them. And in the Chelyabinsk region, among the regions of the Ural Federal District, the largest area of ​​arable land, the largest volume of production of poultry MEAT, pork, products that are obtained from grain (pasta and cereals). We are proud of the people who create these achievements, we talk about them, they participate in regional and Russian competitions.

The first place in the professional competition was taken by Andrey Chernykh, a machine operator of the Belovsky agricultural production complex, Chesmensky district. Second place - Valery Slanin, FSUE "Troitskoye", Troitsky district. Third place - Rinat Galiulin, Chebarkulskaya Ptitsa LLC, Chebarkulsky District.

For the first time, the event hosted the "Tractor Show". Out of the competition, the machine operators were additionally able to show their skills in driving a tractor: it was necessary to hook the load with a hook on the tractor's hitch, then drive across the field with a snake at speed without dropping the load, and return it to its original place with an accuracy of a centimeter.

Now the region is getting ready to take part in the 9th open plowing championship of RUSSIA, which will be held on September 18 in the Crimea. The region will be represented by a machine operator from the SPK Koelginskoye named after. I.N. Shundeev Sergey Suslov, who took second place in the regional competition in 2019 (the competition was not held in 2020). As Sergei Anatolyevich said, he has been working as a machine operator on the farm since 1995, having come to the farm immediately after the army. The fifth season is participating in the regional competition, and he considers plowing to be the most difficult part of it. The main criteria for the skill of machine operators in plowing are the depth of plowing, the evenness of the plowing surface, straightness, filling the furrow, uniformity of plowing in depth. In the competition for figured driving of a tractor, the performance of operations is evaluated for speed,

The winners and participants of the competition were awarded cash prizes. In addition, the training center "Perspektiva" prepared its own prizes for the best in the competition - certificates for training in driving a loader, excavator, motor grader and other machines.
