The largest professional skills competition in RUSSIA according to WorldSkills standards among students of vocational educational institutions and schoolchildren - the final of the IX National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia ) - 2021, has ended in Ufa.

it is gratifying that representatives of agricultural competencies from Bashkortostan were among the winners.

Recall that in the block of eight agricultural competencies, the competency "Beekeeping" was presented for the first time, the developer of which was the Meleuzovsky Multidisciplinary Professional College of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The guys representing the “honey republic” were initially set up for high results, and they succeeded.

Gold in the WorldSkills National Final was won by a student of the Mishkinsky Agro-Industrial College Vadim Murtazin, he defended the honor of the republic in the "Beekeeping" competency in the age category from 16 to 22 years. Vadim has been preparing for his competition for a year.

“The fight for the first place was very tense, the competitors showed high knowledge, good preparation, endurance, fortitude. It was very difficult to win in such a situation, but our participant turned out to be the most prepared, the most stubborn, and did an excellent job with all the tasks, - noted in the Mishkinsky Agricultural College. - Preparations for the championship went on continuously, many employees of the educational institution were involved in it. These are, for example, masters of industrial training Ksenia Mikhailova and Konstantin Kutlumetov. Joint efforts were not in vain, our student became the best!”

The second place and a silver medal in the “Beekeeping” competency at the WorldSkills Russia 2021 National Final was won by a student of the Bashkir Agro-Industrial College (Ufa district of Bashkortostan, Mikhailovka village) Aivar Safuanov.

College DIRECTOR Rifat Bikkulov expressed confidence that such a high result was predictable.

“We were preparing, focusing on the prize-winning place. We managed to represent Bashkiria at a very high level thanks to the work of the entire team. Preparation, including practical exercises, went on daily, the mentor and the teachers involved in the process did not go on vacation this summer,” the director emphasized.

Certain difficulties were associated with the fact that Aivar Safuanov graduated from only the first year of college, where he receives a profile specialty.

“Those tasks that had to be completed at the competitions require the knowledge, skills and competencies of a third-year student. In fact, Aivar completed the entire three-year program in one year. When the upcoming event was announced, we started preparations and were immediately aimed at the highest result,” Rifat Bikkulov explained.

Separately, Bikkulov noted the contribution of an experienced beekeeper Rustem Rezbaev, who is engaged in the industrial production of honey. Aivar had an internship at its base.
