This position was voiced by the Minister of Agriculture and Consumer Market of the Republic of Komi Denis Sharonov at the Ust-Kulom regional conference of the Komi people.

The minister said that from 2022 it is proposed to increase the subsidy rates for the purchase of MILK, livestock and potatoes from citizens' personal subsidiary plots by 2 rubles per 1 kg of purchased products.
So the rate for milk and MEAT will be increased from 3 to 5 rubles, for potatoes - from 4 to 6 rubles.

“We are solving the task set by the HEAD of Komi Vladimir Uiba to strengthen support measures for cooperatives and personal subsidiary plots. Additional support will make it possible to interest entrepreneurs, as well as consumer cooperation in increasing the volume of purchases, providing the population with conditions not only for sales, but also the possibility of increasing production volumes,” D. Sharonov assured.
