The average daily MILK yield per cow in agricultural enterprises of Bashkortostan is 15.6 kg of milk. Such data as of November 18 are provided by the Center for Agricultural Consulting of the Republic.
The top five rural municipalities of the republic in terms of average daily productivity of cows are headed by Meleuzovsky district, with an indicator of 26.1 kg of milk. Also in the TOP-5 are Zianchurinsky (24.4 kg.), Uchalinsky (22.9), Abzelilovsky (22.9) and Kaltasinsky (22.4) districts.
it should be noted that in each of the municipalities, specific farms “make the weather” in terms of milk yield, in which investment projects have been implemented, as a result, the number of dairy herds has been updated, modern equipment has been purchased, and the forage base has been improved. In the Meleuzovsky district, these are the Ashkadarsky joint venture and the Salavat farm, in the Zianchurinsky district - A7 AgroRB, in the Uchalinsky district - Agrofirm Bayramgul, in the Abzelilovsky district - the Krasnaya Bashkiria agricultural enterprise, in the Kaltasinsky district - the Pobeda agricultural enterprise.
In total, as of November 18, 678 thousand tons of marketable milk were produced in the republic, which is 23.3 thousand tons more than last year's figure.
