Lipetsk farmers and rural settlements will receive 2.9 billion rubles of subsidies this year

In 2021, 2 billion 882 million rubles are provided for financing the programs of the agro-industrial complex of the Lipetsk region from the federal and regional budgets.

State support is allocated to the development of crop and livestock industries, to farmers and cooperatives, to the integrated development of rural areas, to support farmers, rural cooperatives and to subsidize the interest rate on investment loans.

As of October 18, 2021, 2 billion 8 million rubles, or 69.7% of the stipulated limit, have already been transferred to direct recipients. Fully budget allocations (and this is 177 million rubles) have been brought to enterprises of all forms of ownership engaged in MILK production.

State support was provided in full for the regional project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses", as well as for the development of family farms and the material and technical base of agricultural cooperatives. The total amount of financing in these areas amounted to 178.4 million rubles.

More than 15 million rubles have already been transferred to the accounts of citizens living in rural areas and who have decided to improve their living conditions for the construction or purchase of housing.

This year, in connection with the current situation in the food market, support was provided to certain sectors of the food and processing industry. In particular, Lipetsk flour-grinding companies have already received full subsidies for the purchase of wheat - 91.2 million rubles. By the end of October this year, funds will be transferred to the accounts of bakery enterprises for the sale of bread and bakery products (total 23.8 million rubles), as well as to manufacturers of refined bottled sunflower oil and SUGAR, which sold their products to retailers at a fixed price (total 506.9 million rubles). The measures taken by the Government were aimed at maintaining the profitability of enterprises in the industry and maintaining a stable level of prices for FLOUR, bakery products, butter and sugar for the population.

“The issue of bringing state support to the final recipient is under the constant control of authorities at all levels,” said Oleg Dolgikh, HEAD of the Lipetsk Region Agriculture Department. “Timely budget financing is important for the continuous efficient work of the agro-industrial complex of the region and the fulfillment of all the tasks assigned to the region.”
