This year, the largest areas where the crop was planted are in the Dzhankoy, Kirovsky and Krasnogvardeisky districts. As a rule, our farmers prefer such varieties as Slavyanka, Gala, Nevsky, Zhukovsky early, Kolomba, Rosara, Riviera. Now farmers are harvesting late varieties in the fields. One of the enterprises where such work is carried out is our flagship SPK Pravda in the Pervomaysky district. In the spring, early potatoes were planted here on about 50 hectares, from which the harvest has already been harvested. Late took about 80 hectares, from 60 of which they have already collected 1,500 tons of harvest . They have also started harvesting table beets here. In addition to these vegetables, the farm also grows carrots , onions, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes and many others," the HEAD of the Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea commented.
