This year, the Republic of Crimea will present seven unique brands to the National Competition of Regional Food Brands “Tastes of Russia”: “Crimean grape seed oil”, “Crimean oyster”, “Crimean wine”, “Yalta onion”, “Karaimsky pie”, “ Crimean peach”, “Crimean olive”.
“Crimean commodity producers are constantly expanding their opportunities, finding new niches in the market, which allows them to reach a higher level of competitive advantages of Crimean products. I am sure that the useful brand "Crimean grape seed oil" will become a real hallmark of the republic and will take one of the leading places in the "Tastes of Russia" contest, - commented Andrey Ryumshin, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2016, a project has been launched in Crimea to process grape pomace and obtain unique products from it: oil and FLOUR.
Today, Crimean agricultural producers manage to obtain unrefined cold-pressed oil of high quality. Grape pomace is processed within a day. This allows you to maximize the useful properties of the product.
Recall, the National competition of regional food brands "Tastes of Russia" is held for the second time. it was created on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation in 2020 to popularize the unique products of the Russian regions and support small agribusiness.
