The farm is called "Falcon Hill" and is located in the Chelyabinsk region. The names of the cheese factory and the farm were not chosen by chance, they are named after the names of the nearby peaks of the Southern Urals: Lisya, Lisya.

Despite the fact that his own cheese factory appeared not so long ago, Danil has a specialized higher agricultural education and rich experience in his specialty both in large dairy enterprises and in private cheese dairies.

By the will of fate, Danil decided to open his own agricultural business in the Urals. First of all, he was attracted by people: kind, honest, hardworking, who over time became more than colleagues, almost a family. And only then the extraordinary beauty of the Ural nature with its ancient mountain ranges covered with dense evergreen forest, crystal lakes and beautiful leisurely rivers.

Currently, there are about sixty goats on the farm. However, there are plans to build facilities for breeding East Friesian sheep and dairy cattle, including buffalo, to make mozzarella.

The main consumers of cheese are the hotel and restaurant business, so the pandemic restrictions have significantly affected the financial performance of the economy. In order to keep the business, the farm had to cut all costs as much as possible, including wages. But thanks to this decision, it was possible to avoid layoffs and continue operations.
