Ivanovo farmers harvested nearly 5,000 tons of potatoes and vegetables.

The potato and field vegetable harvest in the organized sector is gaining momentum in the region . Agricultural producers have already harvested over 4,800 tons of produce.
The potato harvest totaled 4,100 tons, while the vegetable harvest totaled 701.5 tons: 608.5 tons of cabbage, 86 tons of beets, and 7 tons of other vegetables.
Vegetable harvesting is underway in the Kineshemsky, Privolzhsky, and Teikovsky districts, while potato harvesting is underway in the Kineshemsky, Komsomolsky, Rodnikovsky, Savinsky, and Teikovsky districts.
Nadezhda Voloshchuk's farm in the Privolzhsky district harvested the most open-field vegetables—320 tons. Farms in the Teikovsky district are the leading potato harvesters. The Niva agricultural enterprise harvested 1,800 tons of tubers, while the Orion farm harvested 1,400 tons.
State support measures are facilitating the development of vegetable and potato farming in the Ivanovo Region. In 2025, 7.2 million rubles in state support funds have been allocated to stimulate increased potato and vegetable production, of which nearly 6.5 million rubles have already been allocated to the region's farmers. Residents and visitors
to Ivanovo can purchase potatoes and vegetables from Ivanovo farmers at the "Harvest Day" public fair, which will take place on September 13 at the Stepanov Park of Culture and Recreation in Ivanovo. Seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and seedlings will be sold in the parking lot in front of the park entrance. The fair opens at 10:00 AM.
