The results of the implementation on the territory of the Republic of Mordovia of measures to fulfill the delegated powers for federal state veterinary supervision for 5 months of 2022

Within the framework of the delegated powers, specialists of the Department of State Veterinary Supervision in the Republic of Mordovia of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR in the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region conducted 15 preventive visits in January-May of this year based on complaints and appeals against citizens engaged in keeping and breeding pigs, bees in private farms republics.
During preventive visits, preventive conversations were held with citizens about the need to comply with the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation for their activities, about the danger of animal diseases (including those common to humans and animals).
Employees of the Department regularly consult and inform citizens on issues related to the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), on compliance with the mandatory requirements for the activities of citizens.
The preventive visits provided for by Federal Law No. 248-FZ of July 31, 2020 “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” are aimed at raising the awareness of controlled persons about how to comply with the mandatory requirements of the law, as well as eliminating the conditions, causes and factors that can lead to their violation. A preventive visit is carried out by the inspector in the form of a preventive conversation at the place of activity of the controlled person, or by using video conferencing and does not exceed 8 hours.
Also, within the framework of the delegated powers, 4 applications were accepted for inspection and issuance of conclusions on the approval of land plots for the construction of agricultural facilities (of which all applications were satisfied) and 99 applications for the approval of the movement of animals and birds supervised by the state veterinary supervision (of which 12 were refused).
