The winners of the regional competition in the agro-industrial complex became participants in the reception and received diplomas from the governor. More than 3 million rubles were allocated to reward the best agronomists, milkmaids, combine operators, machine operators who made a great professional contribution to the stable operation of the agricultural industry in 2021 and ensuring food security. A total of 62 winners were determined in 32 nominations.

- This year, our region has experienced large-scale snowstorms, prolonged drought, a series of large fires. Directly in agriculture - outbreaks of bird flu and African swine fever. There are also costs in the industry in connection with the coronavirus pandemic. But our agrarians solve all these problems, and also continue to create new productions and master innovative technologies, - emphasized, addressing the participants of the reception, the head of the region Alexei Teksler. - Starting from last year, new dairy farms with modern loose housing technology and milking parlors are being actively put into operation in the region. This year, a new dairy farm for 900 heads appeared in the farm of Aidarkhan Karsakbaev in the Agapovsky district. Dairy production is being expanded at the Koelginskoye and Chernovskoy farms.

The chief livestock specialist of the breeding farm Alexander Aisvirt this year won in the nomination "The best chief livestock specialist", and the breeding farm itself became the best agricultural organization in its subgroup - among organizations with a staff of 101 to 250 people.

- We produce 40 tons of milk per day, which is supplied to the dairy plant in Chelyabinsk and sold under the well-known brand "First Taste". To get it, you need to have good specialists, the cattle is very good, and the culture of production must be at the highest level, - says Alexander Aysvirt. - Need high quality energy feed. Every year on our farm we renew the machine and tractor fleet, buy combine harvesters, and increase the wages of workers.

The best agricultural organizations this year were also Khlebinka LLC from the Verkhneuralsky district (a group of organizations up to 100 employees) and Beregovoy State Farm LLC (Kasli district, a group of organizations over 250 employees). The best departments (teams) in animal husbandry were recognized as the department of Sergey Suslov from the Koelginskoe them. I.N.Shundeeva and Aigul Asabayeva from the farm "Karsakbaev KB".
Traditionally, the best municipal districts are determined in the agro-industrial complex competition. In 2021, the first place was won by the Verkhneuralsky district, the second - by Sosnovsky, and the third - by the Oktyabrsky district.

Sosnovsky district has been ranked first in the region for the collection of potatoes for several years in a row. As the governor noted, it is in the Sosnovsky district that Toroja Makhmadov's farm and the Agromaksural company use ultra-modern technologies for storing vegetables and potatoes, which significantly, up to 9 months, increase the shelf life of products. As it turned out, Domullobobo Boboev, the best agronomist for growing potatoes and vegetables in open ground, works on the farm of Toroja Makhmadov.

- Basically, we grow vegetables, - says Domullobobo Abdujalolovich about the farm. - We started doing this in 2015 with an area of 250 hectares, and this year the area of vegetable crops has reached 950 hectares. 350 hectares are areas under irrigation. Those crops that we grew on irrigation - cabbage, carrots, onions and beets - the harvest is not bad. The average potato yield is 235 centners per hectare. Next year we plan to increase the area of vegetable crops. Next year, we plan to introduce another 200-250 hectares for land reclamation, this will allow us to improve the result by 15-20%. We can plant up to a thousand hectares of potatoes, but we need land. We were promised assistance in resolving this issue together with the Department of Agriculture of the Sosnovsky District and the Ministry of Agriculture of the region. This year we want to take advantage of the elite seed subsidy,

Maxim Nekhaichuk, chief engineer, spoke about the state-of-the-art product storage system on the farm:
- Warehouses are designed today to store 50 thousand tons of products, but so far they are half full. This year we have "shot" the bow, we have filled two storages. There are already 18 thousand tons of potatoes in storage, shipment is constantly going on. Three types of storages: combined (refrigerator and wind blower), separate Dragon system and mine storages. We are now modernizing them according to the integration system, the volume of modernized storage facilities has been increased by 3,500 cubic meters this year, and we have tried a new storage technology system on the bow. The integrated storage system helps us increase product shelf life up to 9 months. This year the winter is late, so the refrigeration units were working until the end of November. When low temperatures are established, we switch to a wind blowing system, save electricity in order to keep the price low on the market. And we are on the way to more precise settings. If earlier we had errors in temperature by half a degree, now the accuracy is up to 0.1 degrees. This allows us to provide high quality products.

The topic of the rising cost of material resources and state support was also discussed at the governor's reception today. According to Alexei Teksler, in 2022 subsidies will increase to 314 million rubles for the purchase of machinery and equipment and immediately doubled to 200 million rubles for fertilizers to compensate for the increase in prices for them. Total regional allocations for agriculture will increase by 24% compared to 2021. 120 million rubles in the form of subsidies for modernization will be directed to support poultry farming. This is necessary so that the industry does not lose its positions, and the products remain affordable for the vast majority of South Urals residents.

This year, the best poultry farms were: in the meat direction - the Nagaybaksky poultry complex, in the egg - Magnitogorsk. The well-earned awards were presented to the best units of poultry operators at the poultry farms "Chebarkulskaya Ptitsa" and "Ravis".

The best workers in the fishery industry, the best specialists in greenhouses, machine milking operators, foremen in beef farming, confectioners, veterinarians and farmers, owners of private farms have been identified.

The best combine operators in 2021 were Ildar Khasanov (Sovkhoz Akbashevsky, Argayashsky district JSC) and Sergey Poryakov (Belovsky SHPK, Chesmensky district). The best machine operators were Ramil Galeulin (SHPK "Chernovskoy", Miass city district) and Alexander Kurgin (SHPK "Belovsky", Chesmensky district). The Governor expressed confidence that the public recognition of the merits of farmers will contribute to further professional growth and development of enterprises and farms, and wished everyone the fulfillment of their plans. “You have learned how to adequately respond to both climate and economic challenges. I sincerely want the next year to become the beginning of a stable and prosperous time for our agriculture,” said Alexey Teksler.
