The best experts in the world in the field of camel breeding took part in it:
- Bernard Faye ( France ) : DOCTOR of Veterinary Medicine, received his degree in Lyon in 1974. In 1980 he received an MSci in animal nutrition and endocrinology, in 1995 - a doctorate from the University of Paris, and in 1998 - the HDR (French research potential) degree from the University of Montpellier. He is an international expert on camels in FAO, OIE and WHO, the HEAD of many examinations and missions in more than 50 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania. One of the founders of ISOCARD - the International Society for Camel Research and Development.
- Baimukanov Dastanbek Asylbekovich ( Kazakhstan ) : full member (academician) of the ROO "NAS RK", Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor. The topic of the doctoral dissertation is "Breeding of camels of the Kazakh Bactrian breed of the South Kazakhstan type of MILK productivity". The author of more than 350 scientific papers, 10 monographs, 27 books and brochures on topical issues of productive animal husbandry, 7 textbooks, 28 author's certificates and certificates of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inventions and selection achievements, 20 preliminary patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 8 innovation patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 28 Patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inventions and selection achievements, 1 patent of the Russian Federation for inventions, more than 70 articles in collections of works, 110 scientific reports and abstracts of reports in the materials of international conferences.

Before the broadcast, we carried out a grading of camels at TOO Alakol-Agro, then selected three camels for a control slaughter: a Bactrian (two-humped camel) of two ages and their crossbreed - kospak. We determined the slaughter weight, carried out cutting, boning and, of course, tasting.
We also watched the milking of camels and talked about the benefits of milk and shubat (fermented milk product from camel milk).
In addition to the listed specialists, the famous businessman and philanthropist Bauyrzhan Kenesbekovich Ospanov took part in the live broadcast , on whose initiative this unique team is being assembled!
