Peasant farms in the Tomsk region, including individual entrepreneurs engaged in livestock farming, can count on state support when equipping (upgrading) slaughter sites.
As explained in the Department of Socio-Economic Development of Rural Affairs, up to 40% of costs (excluding VAT) aimed at technical and technological modernization can be reimbursed from the regional budget.
As part of technical and technological modernization, reimbursement of costs for the purchase of equipment is carried out, including for slaughter, primary processing, cooling of products, loading and unloading of agricultural products, transportation and sales, as well as for laboratory analysis of product quality.
The equipment must be new and payment for it must be made by bank transfer. An important condition is that the peasant farm must have at least 10 heads of cattle , and the amount of the subsidy cannot exceed 650 thousand rubles per year per recipient.
