Farmers in Transbaikalia were provided with 216 million rubles in grant support in 2024

Grants totaling 216 million rubles were sent to farms in Transbaikalia in 2024. This was reported byMinister of Agriculture of the region Denis Bochkarev.
"In the past year, grant support in the amount of 216 million rubles was provided from the regional and federal budgets for the development of peasant (farming) enterprises. More than half of this amount was paid to recipients in the "Agrostartup" direction - 130 million rubles. The winners of the competitive selection for the development of family farms were allocated 76 million rubles. A grant in the amount of 10 million rubles was allocated for the implementation of the project in rural tourism," said the HEAD of the Ministry of Agriculture of Zabaikalsky Krai.
it should be noted that this year, a record number of participants in the selection received "Agrostartup" funding - 33 aspiring farmers from eight districts of the region. Grants for family farms were provided to six recipients from four municipalities. State support for the development of agritourism was sent to a farmer from the Aginsky District.
The provision of grant support for the development of farms contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives".
