3500 heads of dairy herd, 1200 of them milking, 14 Lely Astronaut A5 milking robots - a modern enterprise Lenin on the Holstein breed from Tatarstan.
it is rare to find good-neighborly relations between a large dairy business and a farming business, all the more joyful to see such enterprises! Since our visit to the farm was not planned, we did not find the HEAD of the enterprise Khairullin Ilgiz Vildanovich on the spot. It's a pity.
Ilgiz Vildanovich has 6,900 hectares of land on his farm.
14 milking robots were bought with the funds of the cooperative, borrowed funds were not used.
The Lely Astronaut A5 robot is the most advanced robot model to date.
This robot has a hybrid arm, where both electromechanics and hydraulics are used, this arm is quieter and faster, which allows you to MILK 1-2 more cows per day.
This model also uses less flushing water and electricity.
The Lely Astronaut A5 has a block system, which gives the robot a faster service.
In each section on this farm there are 130 heads of cows and, accordingly, two milking robots are installed on each section.
The more milk an animal gives, the fewer cows one robot can milk, which is actually logical.
Therefore, it is not the number of animals that is important here, but the amount of milk that the robot can milk.
