Vladimir Plotnikov, First Deputy State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues, President of ACCOR, considers it necessary to provide farmers with the opportunity to build outbuildings on agricultural land intended for crop production.
“Farmers from different regions turn to the Association of Peasant (Farm) Enterprises and Agricultural Cooperatives of RUSSIA with the question of the impossibility of placing industrial and economic facilities on their lands - warehouses for storing inventory, barns, and so on,” said the State Duma deputy.
This right is used by farmers who are engaged in animal husbandry and it is logical to provide for this on agricultural land for crop production.
State Duma Deputy V.N. Plotnikov sent to the Minister of Agriculture D.N. Patrushev a letter with a request to support the position of ACCOR and apply to Rosreestr in order to amend the relevant order.
