"Day of the Kaluga field - 2023" began work in the Przemysl district

On June 20, in the Peremyshlsky district, the site of the Kaluga Research Institute of Agriculture, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Research Center for Potato named after A. G. Lorkh”, the agro-industrial forum “Day of the Kaluga Field - 2023” began its work. Minister of Agriculture of the region Leonid Gromov took part in its work. organized the annual holiday of Kaluga farmers . Center-Techno LLC prepared an exposition, which included over 70 units of new agricultural equipment from more than 40 largest domestic manufacturers and from countries friendly to RUSSIA. The invitation of the organizers was also accepted by potential buyers of special vehicles, young industry professionals, as well as members of their families.
Welcoming the participants, Leonid Gromov emphasized the importance of such meetings. “Now, when all sectors of the economy of our country have to work in conditions of unprecedented sanctions pressure, we urgently need coherence of actions.” The Minister emphasized the margin of safety of the Kaluga agricultural industry. Last year, the increase in production in agricultural organizations amounted to about 8%, this trend continues in all areas. The investment portfolio is approaching 125 billion rubles. “This means that new industries will appear in rural areas, new jobs will open. This means that the Kaluga village will live and develop,” concluded the HEAD of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
The forum program includes events for different target audiences. Specialists from the My Business Center in Kaluga will advise farmers on state support programs as part of the Small and Medium Enterprises national project. There will also be discussion platforms “Modern farmer is the future of Russia! Success and problems in project implementation” and “Young Farmers”. Agronomists will take part in the regional professional competition. For guests of the agro-industrial holiday of all ages, entertainment has been prepared - a concert, relay races, outdoor games and gifts from sponsors.
