The Honey King! Automatic line for pumping honey for 40 frames. Family apiary of the Karabaevs. Tatarstan

Frames are hung on the line, through the chain system the frames are fed to the knives, which are heated with steam.
The knives cut off the burr, the burr falls on the auger, which squeezes out the honey, and almost dry wax remains, which is ready for melting in the wax melter.
it is very important that all frames are standardized, otherwise distortions may occur, the line may stop and time will be lost.
Printed frames of 10 pieces are fed to the drum, the speed and time of rotation of the drum is set from the control panel. The choice of speed and time of rotation of the drum depends on the density (moisture) of honey.
Squeezed honey falls on two filters. Large pieces of wax remain on the coarse filter, and the fine filter removes all remaining pieces.
Then the honey enters the settling tank, where a very small fraction of the wax floats up, and from the bottom of the tank, through the tap, the honey is poured into the container.
