More than 3 thousand applicants expressed their desire to study at USAU

On June 18, the university launched the main admission campaign for the 2021-2022 academic year. During the month, the selection committee accepted 3156 applications.

Among those wishing to study at the Ural State Agrarian University, 1297 people applied to the Agricultural College (Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of USAU) and 1859 people - to higher education programs (bachelor's, specialist's, master's, postgraduate studies).

Among the applicants are more than 100 foreign citizens from the CIS countries, as well as Peru, Haiti, Zambia, CHINA , Syria, Egypt and other countries.

The biggest competition for the following areas: Cynology (159 applications for 15 places, SPO), Land and Property Relations (141 applications for 15 places, SPO), Veterinary Medicine (353 applications for 70 places, VO), Management "(160 applications for 12 places, VO).

On July 15, the university completed the acceptance of documents for bachelor's and specialist's programs (for full-time and part-time forms of education) for applicants entering the university's entrance examinations. According to the results of the exam, the acceptance of applications will end on July 29. For secondary vocational education - August 15. In the magistracy and graduate school - July 23.

For part-time education (bachelor's degree), the acceptance of documents will end on August 6 (for applicants for entrance examinations of the university) and August 20 (according to the results of the Unified State Examination).

In total, more than a thousand people will become students of the Ural State Agrarian University this year. Of these, 964 people will receive higher education at the expense of the federal budget, and 135 will receive secondary vocational education.
