The Association of Peasant Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia (AKKOR) applied to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for permission to build exits from federal and regional highways to farms.

At the last conference call with the heads of regional AKKOR, the problem of adjacent roads and exits going from federal and regional highways to farms was raised. In order to obtain permission for their construction, arrangement and use, the farmer must go through an expensive, lengthy and complex procedure.
The total cost of obtaining technical specifications, implementing the project, laying hard surfaces, marking, placing and installing signs is about 10 million rubles. The costs incurred are not subsidized either at the federal or regional levels.
With the initiative from AKKOR, the President of the Association, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues, Vladimir Plotnikov, addressed the Ministry of Transport on this issue.
AKKOR proposes to include in the state program subsidies for peasant (farm) enterprises for the preparation of design estimates and self-improvement of road junctions.
And also provide permits for the operation of the junction from the regional division of the Avtodor Group of Companies in the presence of an estimate that has a positive expert opinion.
