The agropark was opened in 2013 under the state co-financing program. I would like to note that this is not just a market - it is a modern agricultural multifunctional complex that allows farmers and entrepreneurs to solve a wide range of tasks.

The agropark has an area of ​​50,000 square meters and consists of four blocks of different functionality, which significantly differs from similar sites in the country:

-Storage unit, which allows loading up to 2.5 thousand tons of products into cold stores. For unloading and loading, the block is equipped with seven modern landing stages.

- A production block with an area of ​​4.5 thousand square meters, which includes 17 different industries, which produce 16,000 tons of products. It is very convenient for doing business. It is possible to rent a room with existing communications. You can work both on your own equipment and on rented equipment. The presence of our own veterinary laboratory allows us to certify products on the spot and obtain the necessary documents for its sale. The cost of rent depends on several factors: the specialization of the premises, the area and the equipment used. All utilities are already included in the rental price. In addition, the block has several vegetable processing lines, which allow for a full cycle of preparing vegetables for sale: washing, sorting, polishing, packaging.

- The trade block makes up one fifth of the area and is intended for the sale of products. There are fruit and vegetable departments, MEAT, fish, pickles, dairy products, confectionery products, tea and honey departments. Products are not limited to goods from the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agropark is open to all entrepreneurs. I would like to note a large number of high-quality national Tatar products and goods in the windows.

- Block of business infrastructure, which includes all service premises, hotel, conference rooms, exhibition areas, car wash.

In front of the Agropark there is a fairground for two hundred heavy vehicles. During the days of the fairs, farmers come here and develop the trade of their products. Trading places for farmers are free.
