The farms of Transbaikalia will be provided with state support for the development of the crop industry for a total of 50 million rubles. This was announced by the HEAD of the regional agrarian department Denis Bochkarev.
“From February 27 to March 5, the regional Ministry of Agriculture is accepting documents from agricultural producers for the payment of subsidies in the crop industry and for agrotechnological work. it is planned to pay financial resources totaling 50.5 million rubles: of which 45.5 million rubles - from the federal budget, 5 million rubles - from the regional treasury. By the end of March, we will bring state support to recipients. It is important that agricultural organizations and farmers receive money before the start of the sowing campaign,” the minister said.
It should be noted that subsidies are allocated within the framework of the new federal project “Development of Vegetable and Potato Growing”.
“State support is provided for agrotechnological work and for the production of potatoes and vegetables. The measures taken by the Russian government are aimed at increasing production and providing citizens with high-quality and fresh products. Subsidies per unit of output will be able to receive both large and small forms of management. At the same time, an increased coefficient has been set for the farmers of the Far East when calculating and distributing federal subsidies, their amount will depend on the volume of production,” Denis Bochkarev explained.
