Agrarians of the Ivanovo region acquire agricultural machinery using state support measures

Agrarians of the region are updating the fleet of agricultural machinery thanks to state support from the regional budget. This was announced by the DIRECTOR of the regional department of agriculture and food Denis Cherkesov as part of a working trip to the Komsomolsk region.
“Technical modernization is a key factor in the successful development of the agro-industrial complex. To stimulate the renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet in the Ivanovo region, a regional support measure is in place. Agricultural enterprises are provided with a subsidy in the amount of 70% of the initial payment for the purchase of equipment on lease. In 2023, 72 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget for these purposes,” said Denis Cherkesov.
In 2022, the agrarians of the region purchased 258 units of agricultural equipment, while 160 units of agricultural equipment were purchased on lease, which accounted for 62% of the total. The total amount of equipment purchased on lease amounted to 663.9 million rubles.
“In 2023, farmers continued to update the fleet of agricultural machinery and specialized equipment; in the first two months, 26 units were purchased in the amount of about 60 million rubles,” said Denis Cherkesov.
Rosagroleasing's preferential programs also contribute to technical modernization. Last year, using this tool, agricultural producers in the Ivanovo region purchased 56 units of machinery and equipment (+16 units compared to 2021) for a total amount of 241.2 million rubles, which is 1.7 times more than in 2021 (141.4 million rubles).
During a working trip to the Komsomolsk region, Denis Cherkesov visited the agricultural enterprise Niva Morozov and Co.
Alexei Makarov, director of the farm, said that the farm is actively engaged in updating and purchasing new equipment using leasing programs. Thus, at the end of 2021, a combine harvester and a harvester for harvesting grain crops were purchased through Rosagroleasing for a total cost of 7.1 million rubles. At the beginning of 2022, for the purchased equipment, the agricultural enterprise received a subsidy to compensate for part of the down payment for the purchase of leased items in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. In February of this year, the enterprise purchased a tractor through Rosagroleasing worth 4.5 million rubles. At the moment, a package of documents for obtaining a subsidy is being prepared.
The agricultural enterprise "Niva Morozov and Co" is engaged in the production of MILK and MEAT. The number of cattle is 249 heads, including 85 heads of cows. In 2022, 485.8 tons of milk were produced (102.1% compared to 2021), milk yield per feed cow - 5,715 kg (102.3%). The total area under crops on the farm in 2022 amounted to more than 1.1 thousand hectares, including 200 hectares of grain and leguminous crops.
