Ural State Agrarian University won 11 medals at the Golden Autumn-2021 exhibition

The XXIII Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn - 2021" was held on October 5-8 at the site of the Patriot Exhibition and Convention Center in the Moscow region.
The competition commission headed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation highly appreciated the work of the Ural State Agrarian University in the field of intellectualization of the agro-industrial complex, selection and seed production of crops, increasing the productivity of cattle and poultry, treating animals and much more.

According to the results of the Golden Autumn exhibition, USAU representatives won 11 medals: 6 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze.

The university was awarded with gold medals:
- for the development of a new approach in the selection and seed production of vegetables and potatoes in the Middle Urals;
- for the development of the disinfectant Anolyte and the introduction of new methods of animal treatment;
- for the creation of mixed biofuels for diesel power plants;
- for the publication of the scientific journal "Agrarian Bulletin of the Urals";
- for organizing and holding the International Scientific and Practical Conference "From import substitution to EXPORT potential: scientific and innovative support for the agro-industrial complex";
- for the creation of video materials about the scientific and technical achievements of the Ural State Agrarian University: "Research activities of the Ural State Agrarian University", "Crop production and organic farming".

The university was awarded with silver medals:
- for the creation of an innovative rotary hydroponic installation;
- for the development of biotechnological approaches to increase the resistance of broiler chickens;
- for a new approach to improving the productivity and resistance of poultry;
- for the development and implementation of the website of the educational organization FSBEI HE Ural State Agrarian University.

The university was awarded a bronze medal:
- for the creation of new methods for improving the productive qualities and reproductive capacity of cattle.

“This year has been very fruitful for the university. In the summer, we participated in the organization and holding of the All-Russian Field Day and presented our scientific developments at three expositions. And in the fall, the university for the first time took part in the exposition of the largest agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn" at the joint stand of agricultural universities. We presented our inventions to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation D.N. Patrushev, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation D.Kh. Khatuov, M.I. Uvaydov and many others. Experts highly appreciated the research work of the university. We have won medals in all areas of agricultural science. This, of course, speaks of the well-coordinated and productive work of the entire team, ”explained Mikhail Yuryevich Karpukhin, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at USAU, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor.

Recall that the delegation of the Ural State Agrarian University, headed by the rector of the university O.G. Loretz took part in the exhibition and business program of the country's main industry forum "Golden Autumn".

In total, more than 100 exhibitors from different regions of RUSSIA took part in the exhibition. They presented a large-scale exposition demonstrating the main achievements of the domestic agro-industrial complex. As part of the business program of the exhibition, issues of scientific and personnel support for the industry, state support and the role of women in the agro-industrial complex, the development of organic production, digital transformation and other topics were discussed.
