Zelensky announced preparations for a "tangible strengthening of Ukraine" in Denmark.

Ukraine intends to discuss with its allies options for pressuring Russia and its economy in the near future , Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on TELEGRAM.

"In just a few hours, Denmark will host a summit of Ukraine, the Nordic and Baltic states. We are preparing a significant boost for Ukraine. This evening, a bilateral format in France will be held, where we will coordinate our efforts. We are also preparing a coalition of the willing and new steps in relations with the European Union and the United States," the president wrote.

At the end of June, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine would take steps to increase sanctions pressure on Russia, "to complicate its situation and thereby bring our path to peace closer." He also announced new strikes deep into Russian territory.

Russia considers the sanctions illegal and insists on their lifting. President Vladimir Putin has stated that Moscow continues to seek a political and negotiated solution to the Ukrainian conflict. He asserted that Russia's only goal in the military operation is to protect its interests.
