
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree imposing sanctions against 185 citizens, most of whom are Russians , and 181 legal entities. The corresponding document is posted on the website of the HEAD of state.
Among those who fell under restrictions are the commander of the Chechen special forces “Akhmat” Apti Alaudinov and the former plenipotentiary representative of Chechnya in Ukraine Ramzan Tsitsulaev. The latter was involved in a criminal case of fraud on an especially large scale, kidnapping as part of an organized crime group, extortion, bribery and the use of violence against two police officers. Last year, some of his accomplices received real sentences, and Tsitsulaev was put on the wanted list. His defense reported that the former plenipotentiary was going to participate in a special operation.
Among the companies subject to restrictions: Dipol Technologies JSC (produces equipment for the production of electronics), Petrocommerce LLC (products for the production of printed circuit boards), Sollers Alabuga LLC (car production), Kursksakharprom LLC, etc.
Sanctions imply blocking assets, restrictions on trade operations, etc.
Ukraine regularly introduces new sanctions against Russians and domestic companies.
