Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky approved the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions against a number of citizens of RUSSIA, Ukraine and Belarus, the decree was published on the website of the HEAD of state.

Ksenia Shoigu, the president of the Russian Triathlon Federation and the daughter of Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, fell under the restrictions.
