Zakharova responded to the words of Borrell about the ban on shopping for deputies in the EU

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell has never posted on his Twitter calls calling on Kyiv to “curb the nationalists” or demands to ensure security in the Donbass. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in her TELEGRAM channel.

So she reacted to the publication of Borrell that the deputies who were on the EU sanctions list would no longer be able to go shopping in Milan or to parties in Saint-Tropez. Borrell later deleted the entry.

On your behalf, there has never been a single tweet or post supporting the parents of murdered children, demanding to ensure a safe existence for minors in Donetsk and Lugansk, calling on the Kyiv regime to curb nationalists, ”wrote Zakharova.

She called this behavior of "civilized countries" bordering on the loss of human appearance. Zakharova also wondered if it was normal when “a European official is happy that the business of the EU member states will suffer losses?”

Earlier, on February 22, Josep Borrell said that the EU unanimously agreed to impose a package of sanctions against RUSSIA, they will include 351 State Duma deputies who voted for the recognition of the DPR and LPR, and 27 individuals and legal entities "undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine ". According to him, the restrictions will also affect the economic relations of the DPR and LPR with the European Union, Russia's access to the EU financial markets.
