Japan has imposed EXPORT sanctions against 80 Russian organizations, in particular MegaFon, the Skolkovo Foundation and Skoltech (Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology), NPO. The list of companies subject to restrictions also includes:

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the EU's plans for the 11th package of restrictions against Russia are "absurd, stupid, insane."
