The Lithuanian authorities have arrested the property of Artem Sheinin, the host of the Russian Channel One, LRT reports with reference to the Financial Crimes Investigation Service.

As stated in the message, this is an apartment in Palanga with an area of ​​more than 100 square meters. m, which Sheinin owns together with his wife. According to the TV channel, in 2014 the value of the property was estimated at about €60,000, but now it has probably increased.

In accordance with the sanctions imposed by the European Union, Lithuania, in addition to Sheinin, applied restrictions to two legal entities included in the sanctions lists, as well as eight legal entities and four individuals due to ties with sanctioned citizens and organizations.
