Since July 2020, 100% of the shares of Airports of Regions Management Company have been owned by Retrans, a representative of Airports of Regions told RBC. "Retrans", in turn, is owned by the former top manager of "Renova" Vladimir Rezer (90%) and the management of the management company "Airports of the Regions" (10%), he added.
