If there are good reasons, the Russian government may decide to correct the list of unfriendly countries, including the exclusion of members of this list. This was stated in an interview with RBC by Deputy Foreign Minister of RUSSIA Sergei Ryabkov.
“I don’t know how much all this matters to Washington. So far, we have not received any requests to remove the United States from the list of states engaged in hostile activities. One way or another, the criteria for exclusion from this list are the behavior of the authorities of another state and their willingness to take practical steps, ”he said, answering a question from RBC about the conditions for removing the United States from the list of unfriendly countries. If the content of American policy in the Russian direction begins to change for the better, then Russia may think about lifting restrictions, the deputy minister specified.
Sergey Ryabkov - RBC: "The list of unfriendly countries may expand" Politics
“The list of unfriendly countries may expand, although we would not like this list of states to become dimensionless. What we see in the corresponding government order is a reflection of the actual state of affairs. There is no element of rhetoric here,” Ryabkov told RBC.

The new sanctions apply to Russian federal loan bonds (OFZ), in addition, America has expelled ten Russian diplomats. Russia responded by imposing restrictions on the operation of the US embassy in Russia.
On May 14, the United States, along with the Czech Republic, was included in the list of unfriendly countries in accordance with the decree of the Russian government. Getting on the list implies a restriction up to a complete ban for unfriendly states to hire employees from among persons in the territory of Russia in diplomatic institutions.
