Ukraine should open its consulate in Crimea following the example of Nicaragua, HEAD of the Crimean parliament committee on public diplomacy and interethnic relations Yuri Gempel told RIA Novosti.
“It is reasonable to get away from the policy of sanctions and, as part of the development of Russian-Ukrainian relations, recognize the peninsula as part of RUSSIA and open its representative office,” Gempel said.

According to NSDC Secretary Aleksey Danilov, there are four citizens of Russia and four citizens of Nicaragua on the list.
