The sanctions list of Ukraine has expanded by 95 individuals and four legal entities - the decree of President Volodymyr Zelensky has been published on the website of the HEAD of state.

With this decree, Zelensky put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) dated October 5, 2021.

The National Security and Defense Council proposed to impose sanctions against the organizers and participants of the elections in Crimea, which took place on September 17-19, 2021. Both candidates and the organizers of the vote were subject to sanctions. Most of them are natives of Crimea and are listed in the documents of the National Security and Defense Council as citizens of Ukraine.

In addition, seven FSB officers were also included in the list, it contains the same names as in the UK sanctions list of August 20, 2021. In London, they were called involved in the poisoning of opposition leader Alexei Navalny. The Russian authorities deny that they had anything to do with the deteriorating HEALTH of the oppositionist.
